Fort Edward Elementary UPK and Kindergarten Registration 2022
Date: Wednesday, March 30th
Time: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Place: Fort Edward Guidance Office - Fort Edward Elementary School
The Following information is needed:
- Birth Certificate
- Your child must be 4 years of age (UPK)
- 5 Years of age (Kindergarten)
- On or before December 1, 2022
- Immunization record and current physical examination (within one year).
- Proof of residency
- Rental agreement or proof of home ownership.
